Hi there, I'm Sonia Dhaliwal
I’m a weight loss coach who works with teacher moms. I was a professional dieter since the age of 12 and by learning how to listen to my body’s signals and eat more whole foods, I lost over 50 lbs. Being a teacher mom myself, I know what it feels like to juggle it all, but feel like our cup is empty at the end of the day.
